Any comments received via email will be summarized aloud into the record at the meeting.

Materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Investment Advisory Committee after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Administrative Services Department located on the third floor of the Civic & Cultural Center at 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California during normal business hours.
