This meeting is being conducted consistent with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Council Chambers will be closed to the public. To provide comments by teleconference (zoom), members of the public must contact City Staff at (714) 990-7756 or cityclerksgroup@cityofbrea.net no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 to obtain the Zoom Meeting ID number and password. Teleconference attendees will participate via audio only and will be muted until recognized at the appropriate time by the Council - video display will be disabled.  The meeting will also be broadcast live at www.cityofbrea.net.

25.   Orange County Transportation Authority Annual Measure M2 Expenditure Report - Adopt Resolution No. 2020-067, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Brea, concerning the Measure M2 Expenditure Report for the City of Brea. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
 
26.   Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Karen Warner Associates to include the General Plan Safety Element Update - Amend the scope of work, contract amount, and extend the contract until completion with Karen Warner Associates (KWA) for the Housing Element Update to include updating the General Plan Safety Element in the amount of $22,906 plus a 15% contingency, in addition to the existing executed contract of $85,000, for a total contract amount of $111,342. KWA is currently assisting staff in the Housing Element Update for the 6th Cycle (Years: 2021-2029).There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
