January 31, 2023 Finance Committee Regular Meeting Minutes - Approve.

DISCUSSION

Professional Services Agreement for Forensic Phlebotomy Services - Approve the professional services agreement with California Forensic Phlebotomy, Inc. to provide as-needed Forensic Phlebotomy Services in an amount not to exceed $25,000 per year; and Authorize the City Manager to exercise up to four optional one-year extensions.

Budget Adjustments to the City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for Fiscal Year 2022-23 - Adopt the attached resolutions appropriating funds to adjust the Fiscal Year 2022-23 City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets.
