PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL EMERGENCY CONCERNING THE COVID-19 VIRUS DECLARED BY THE BREA CITY COUNCIL ON MARCH 19, 2020 AND EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 ISSUED BY GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 18, 2020, THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED TELEPHONICALLY VIA THE ZOOM TELECONFERENCING PLATFORM.

To limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Council Chambers will not be open to the public. Public comments will be accepted in writing and by teleconference. The meeting will also be broadcast live at www.cityofbrea.net.

Procedures for Addressing the Commission
The Commission encourages public participation during Public Hearings and under Matters from the Audience. State Law prohibits the Commission from responding to or acting upon matters not listed on this agenda.

Written comments must be sent to the Planning Division at planning@cityofbrea.net no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Summaries of all written comments will be summarized during the meeting by Staff.
To provide comments by teleconference, members of the public must contact City Staff at (714) 990-7674 or planning@cityofbrea.net no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, to obtain a Zoom Participant registration invitation. Teleconference participants will be muted until recognized at the appropriate time by the Commission.
To watch the meeting via Zoom, members of the public must contact City Staff at (714) 990-7674 or planning@cityofbrea.net no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, to obtain the Zoom Meeting ID number.
