Procedures for Addressing the Council
This meeting is being conducted consistent with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Written comments may be sent to the City Clerk's Office at cityclerksgroup@cityofbrea.net no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Any comments received via email will be summarized aloud into the record at the meeting. To provide comments in person, the Council Chambers will be open to a limited number of members from the public in observance of social distancing guidelines. Masks and temperature checks are required. Based on capacity, the public may be required to cycle in and out of the Chambers as to provide everyone in attendance an opportunity to address the Council. To provide comments by teleconference (Zoom), members of the public must contact City Staff at (714) 990-7756 or cityclerksgroup@cityofbrea.net no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 to obtain the Zoom Meeting ID number and password. Teleconference participants will be muted until recognized at the appropriate time by the Council. The meeting will also be broadcast live at www.cityofbrea.net.

CONSENT CALENDAR - The City Council/Successor Agency approves all Consent Calendar matters with one motion unless Council/Agency or Staff requests further discussion of a particular item. Items of concern regarding Consent Calendar matters should be presented during “Matters from the Audience."

CITY COUNCIL - CONSENT
 
20.   April 6, 2021 City Council Regular Meeting Minutes - Approve.
 
21.   Budget Adjustments to the City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for Fiscal Year 2020-21 - Adopt Resolution Nos. 2021-016 and 2021-017, appropriating funds to adjust the Fiscal Year 2020-21 City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets. The City Operating Budget adjustments for the General Fund (110) in Exhibit A resulted in a decrease in revenues of $74,788 and an increase in expenditures of $412,013, for a net General Fund increase in expenditures of $486,801. The City Operating Budget adjustments, for all funds including the General Fund, resulted in increased revenues of $73,905 and an increase in expenditures of $851,343 for a net increase in expenditures of $777,438.
 
22.   Annual Engineer's Report for Maintenance Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 - Receive and approve the Annual Engineer's Report for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and adopt Resolution Nos. 2021-018 - 2021-024 of Intent to set a Public Hearing for each District on June 1, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
