NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BREA CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Brea City Council will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor - Plaza Level of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California and the Double Eagle Resort & Spa, Lobby, 5587 CA-158, June Lake, California, 93529.

Said special meeting shall be for the purposes of consideration of approval of Memorandums of Understanding for the Brea City Employees' Association and the Administrative Professional Employees Association; and the Landlord’s Consent to Leasehold Deed of Trust related to the City’s Retail Commercial Parcel located at 910 East Birch Street (Lessee: Nesbitt Partners Brea Venture, Ltd.).
