Procedures for Addressing the Commission
This meeting is being conducted consistent with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • To provide comments in person, the Council Chambers will be open to members of the public.
  • Written comments may be sent to the Planning Division at planning@cityofbrea.net no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Any comments received via email will be summarized aloud into the record at the meeting.
  • To provide comments by teleconference (Zoom), members of the public must contact City Staff at (714) 990-7674 or planning@cityofbrea.net no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, to obtain the Zoom Meeting ID number and password. Teleconference participants will be muted until recognized at the appropriate time by the Council.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
8.   Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of July 27, 2021.

PUBLIC HEARINGS This portion of the meeting is for matters that legally require an opportunity for public input.  Audience participation is encouraged and is limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
9.   Plan Review No. PR 21-06, Administrative Remedy No. AR 21-03, and Mitigated Negative Declaration No. MND 21-02: A Request To construct a new 131,500 square-foot warehouse facility, allow lot area coverage over fifty percent, and adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the site located at 2929 East Imperial Highway in the M-1 (light industrial) zone.
