This agenda contains a brief general description of each item the Committee will consider. Copies of written documentation relating to each item of business on this Agenda are on file and available for public inspection in the Civic Center Lobby located on Level 3 of the Civic & Cultural Center. Materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection at the Public Works Department in the Civic Center Lobby located on Level 3 of the Civic & Cultural Center.

Procedures for Addressing the Committee
The Committee encourages free expression of all points of view. For record keeping purposes, if you wish to make a statement regarding any item on the agenda, please complete the form located on the podium and deposit it with the secretary. To allow all persons the opportunity to speak, please keep your remarks limited to five (5) minutes. If others have already expressed your position, you may simply indicate that you agree with a previous speaker. If appropriate, a spokesperson may present the views of your entire group. Committee rules prohibit clapping, booing or shouts of approval or disagreement from the audience. PLEASE SILENCE ALL PAGERS, CELL PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WHILE COMMISSION IS IN SESSION.

To provide comments in person, the Executive Conference Room will be open to a limited number of members from the public in observance of social distancing guidelines; masks, temperature checks and screening will be required. Written comments must be submitted to the Engineering Division at no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. The email subject line should state: "Brea Traffic Committee Meeting" followed by the number of the relevant agenda item and/or "Non-Agenda Item." Summaries of all written comments will be read during the meeting by City Staff.
