BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

As we prepare for the next Commission Goals discussion in the fall, staff would like to go over the matrix created during the 2022 process to assist the Commission for this annual exercise. Attached is the Parks, Recreation and Human Services Annual Goals Matrix dated December 7, 2022, to build upon for the September exercise.
