BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

The Chief of Police will provide City Council with a summary of significant organizational updates to include the progress of the Management Partners Staffing and Needs Analysis report's recommendations and the Police Department's areas of future focus: Employee Wellness, Professional Development, Homeless Outreach, and the Integrated Crime Center.
