Rich, to vote all shares of the undersigned in California Domestic Water Company at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Friday, November 18, 2022, for purposes of electing the members of the Board of Directors and transacting any other such business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournments thereof; and Nominate Christopher D. Blake to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for a two-year term commencing in November 2022 and ending in November 2024, or until his respective successor is duly qualified and elected. |
